Shadow Soul Spread
Today’s reading is about surrender as that is something I know we all struggle with. The Messengers that visited this morning provided a unique view on how to let ourselves surrender without losing our self.
Shadow: Surrender to the Flow
This is struggle we all have and I know that I am the worst at surrendering and going with the flow.
Surrender does not mean succumbing to peer pressure in a harmful manner, and I know that this is where a lot of us go when we think of this.
Instead, think of this as giving yourself permission to be free and let go of control during specific circumstances. By letting go we can discover so much more about ourselves and the world around us.
Soul: Time to Ground
One of the biggest things that can block us from surrendering our control and just going with the flow of life is our fear and need to keep things in specific order.
We can take time to ground these energies which will release them from our selves and allow us to surrender.
Let Two Be One: Seek Your Answers Within
In order to bring the Shadow and Soul together trust in yourself.
The answers we find within are the most important and if we trust in them we will be able to accomplish the end goal.
You know that what ever flow you are struggling against is fighting with your inner thoughts so ground what is causing the struggle and listen to yourself so you can surrender yourself to the flow of life around you.
