Be Honest, Challenge Your Perception, Love Without Condition

Today’s reading is all about our perception of ourselves and how by being more honest  to ourself we can learn to love more.

Shadow: Be Honest

Our challenge to focus on today is being honest not just with other but especially to ourselves.

We alter our perception of our own realities based on how honest we are really being to our self and that, in turn, changes the perception of the world around us.

I’ll admit that being honest to ourselves is a lot more difficult at times than with others.  We don’t always want to admit that things aren’t as good as we would like, so we tell little fibs to help us get through the day.  However, all that stuff we are fibbing about is still there in the end.

So, just be honest with yourself, no matter how difficult.  Take note of changes to your anxiety levels and how people around you react to you.

The strength we have to help us be more honest is to change our perception of things.  We have already been changing our reality by not being fully honest to ourselves, so let’s challenge that now and see what happens.

This will also help us to challenge, and change, our own perception of the world around us so we are being more honest with it as well.

Let Two Be One: Love Without Condition

Let’s face it, loving ourselves has tons of conditions on it when we are not being honest or if our perception of ourselves is skewed.

So, to help us challenge our perception and be more honest with ourselves we must love ourselves without conditions.  This is not as difficult as it may seem and when you are able to do so you will find that you have a much clearer path ahead of you that will be much more enjoyable.
